I like to half grill them first, then boil them for the rest of the way. It is personal preference to be honest. If boiling a burger it is best served with fresh uncooked chopped red onions though, well tasty 😛

Boiling ground beef is a much healthier option compared to frying it in oil. The boiling process helps separate fat from the meat, and it comes out quite lean. The problem they had here, is that they were pre-fried and are only boiling to heat them back up.

WTF is Gordon Ramsey on about?! WHITE CASTLE boils their burgers in water, grease, and onion juice, and I regularly fantasize about White Castle sliders ( https://youtube.com/shorts/9RIISx90GjI?feature=share ). It's a different experience, and I am regularly appalled by creators who shy away from new experiences (I'd be all "A boiled burger?! Do you put anything in the water? Is there a technique here that I'm missing? Does the water enhance the flavors by making it taste like the tap?" Hells jes, give me that boiled burger; I'll judge it AFTER I've taken a bite. I don't discriminate [judging something by its appearance and assigning its worth]. It would be interesting if they made their burgers extra salty to give it spring, then boiled them to mellow out their flavors). Granted, White Castle boils its burgers in the water that reconstituted their dehydrated onions, and this was a burger that they had made ahead of time, then inexplicably boiled it to "reheat it," which is like…the most British thing I've ever heard. There were only two popular cooking techniques in the UK since time immemorial: boiled or fried…and now there's three popular cooking techniques, including microwaved, apparently, which makes this motel quite modern.
The fact that someone rationalized that filling the holes in the walls with metal scouring pads then covering the holes with cards and painting over them is HILARIOUS; it looks like this building hadn't been seen by a Building Inspector since WWII. If this Bed n' Breakfast exists in England, it would be the most English motel of all time; Gordon Ramsey should pack his bags, since this motel was complete LONG before he'd arrived, and any changes he makes will just make it more American. "Oh~?! Well I nevah~!"
