بھٹی کی رائے تو اپنی ہے لیکن کیا فائز عیسی سے بھی زیادہ مشکل حالات تھے ان ججز کے؟ فائز عیسی حق پر تھے انھوں نے الزامات کا دفاع کیا اور سرخرو ہوئے۔ اگر ان پر ریفرنس تھا یا آنے والا تھا تو دفاع کرت اور اپنے آپ کا سچا ثابت کرتے ۔مظاہرنقوی نے پرویز مشرف کا کیس کیا عدالت ہی غیر آیئنی قرار دے دی؟ اگر بھٹی کے مطابق اس کودبنگ کہتے ہیں تو وہ انصاف کیا کرے گا جو آیئن اور قانون کو سمجھے بغیر فیصلے دے؟
