Folks do know that it is called Great Britain and Northern Ireland, as in the United Kingdom. At the same time, Scottish people will correct your ass and tell you that they are Scottish. Irish people will correct your ass and tell you that they are Irish. Welsh people will correct your ass and tell you that they are Welsh. And there are some English people that will tell you they are English before they say they are British. Methinks it's a matter of personal preference.

Boil the nopal 🌵 before cooking so it won't be as slime.. also add yellow corn to Pico de gallo.. wash corn before to wash away sweet and throw away juice.. it's something extra , pretty good.

Cook steak in ghee, best flavour ever, much superior to olive oil. Also stop cooking fish and chips in seed oils like sunflower oil, on air and in restaurants. Beef dripping is the only way for the best flavour, healthiest way and the most authentic recipe

Ive never seen anyone add olive oil to pico de gallo, its definitely not traditional or at least no one i know adds olive oil but i did just go to HEB and i happen to have all the ingredients to make pico de gallo, im gonna add some oil in there and if i remember to come back to this video ill leave a comment on how it was. I imagine the only difference will be that all vegetables will stick together and that might enhance the dish, I'll see.

    January 12, 2024 at 7:46 pm

The heat of the cilantro? Gordon are you smoking mexican yellow schwag?

  24. @xav866

    January 12, 2024 at 7:46 pm

Wow. Michelin star chef doesn’t know that if you turn a tomato skin side down it’s easier to chop or slice.

  25. @xav866

    January 12, 2024 at 7:46 pm

You have a hot grill but won’t throw the steak on it. Perfect example of a cook who has lost his way.
