    does anybody remember the kitchen nightmare episode where he couldn't eat the burger because it was so thick? – i don't see much difference to this? how could you bite this? if the paddies are a third of the volume ok… but this… still looks delicious 🙂

    My hubby doesn't like peppers, but I was cooking some for myself tonight, so I finally got to try your tip on slicing peppers. It worked! These were from a garden locally, so the shape was a bit wonky on the bottom, so I had to get creative in my cutting, but the basic work on the sides was just like you said it would be. Hooray!

    Miss picky has arrived! C you say 1/3 each of protein:veg:noodles but don’t forget veg have quite a bit of protein in too – especially spinach

    for those like me that do not have a gallbladder you can substitute minced lamb, if you cant digest pork.. Lamb is a wee bit easier on the digestive tract.
    Once again Gordon this is a great recipe.

    Touch of olive oil…. Procedes to put about 1/2 a cup lol. This guy ahahah. He must use like a full bottle of olive oil ever 2 days. Do you think he hads some to his coffee/tea?

    Gordy kababs , or sword meat in Farsi lol put it on a real skewer not wood as a chef u know real skewers cook inside out, nice simple Persian recipe for u , ,,,,, all natural ingredients as a well ,,, lamb I mean baby lamb, cut the real dumper fat off for after cut yr shush marinate in onion water and some grated onion, saffron never let them in big strands, yr actually burning away money if u grind saffron down half of what u use it’s comes more and more flavour, u should have the little brass paddle for it
