Seriously Mike you can replace your gut flora by taking proper probiotics and prebiotics. You do need to cut down on the oestrogen rich chicken to reduce the prominent nip issue. Chicken is the most oestrogen rich protein. Men who 😍 chicken can get prominent nips.

In Salento (Southern Italy) we have this typical food called 'cupeta' (pronunciation [ku'peta], for my boi Ben) which is similar to the hazelnut brittle you made. Instead of hazelnuts we use almonds though!
During festivals, masters usually cook it right in front of people, they mold the boiling hot caramel nuts on a marbled surface using huge metal spatulas, then they cut it into the characteristic rectangular shape and serve it after it cools down. It is really delicious but it's rock hard :I

Teaching a class or feeding the 5000 in a dinner school or students restaurant. Best foods for learning etc. I'm sure that students will love it. Well, how did I do? Oh…OK. Sorry, I think I'll just go off and disappear.
