A town council in Nadine Dorries’s constituency has demanded she “immediately vacate” her seat.
Flitwick Town Council expressed frustration at a “continuing lack of representation for the people of Mid Bedfordshire at Westminster”.
Ms Dorries announced her intention to step down as the constituency’s MP in June, but she has yet to formally vacate her position.
